A personal success session is a very intensive and breakthrough consultation. If you have a specific issue or behaviour to work on, you can achieve amazing long lasting results from this session alone.

If you have a long list of issues that you’re ready to address and let go of, more in depth work maybe required. When we’re in trauma from past events, we tend to work from our unconscious mind and revert back to old negative behaviour patterns, such as emotional eating, addictions to drugs and alcohol, depression, reoccurring and chronic illness, low self esteem, moving from one unsuccessful relationship to another, not feeling good in our own self.

You work at your ease and own pace. Many changes occur between sessions, as you let go of limiting beliefs about yourself and create new boundaries.
