How it works
It’s worth remembering, you set the pace. We all grow and change at different rates.
- One to one coaching sessions available in person at our Adelaide Australia premises, or over the telephone or Skype.
- Online courses can be done at your own pace.
- Interactive online courses are done segmentally over a set time frame, but each module can be revisited time and time again.
About Karen Aitken
Karen Aitken, founder of Kasona, own life journey started with dealing with her own personal and family struggles with depression, illness, loss and anxiety.
Searching for an ‘answer’ isn’t always easy. Accessing and then training to be a traditional counsellor, remedial massage and holistic therapies, she got so far, but knew she was only dealing with the surface emotions.
When accessing and training in Faster EFT she was finally able to eliminate her stress and anxiety from her day to day living. She then could heal the inner parts of her, to bring peace, happiness and joy to her life.
